Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, jewellery, and watches are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item

  • Timeline: Credit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days; PayPal refunds are typically instant

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
